The 2018 NWT Tourism Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Conference will be held Tuesday, November 6th through Thursday, November 8th at the Explorer Hotel in Yellowknife.
Registration is now open.
With this online registration you can easily register more than one person at a time. Note that there are several different types of tickets, and to avoid confusion, here are a few clarifications:
- Member/Non-Member: be sure to choose the Member option when purchasing a ticket if you are a member of NWT Tourism - the rate for members is much lower.
- Gala Dinner Guest: This ticket type is for registering extra guests for the Gala Dinner - people who are not paying to attend the conference.
- GST Exempt: This ticket type is primarily for GNWT employees and anyone else who is GST exempt.

Cancellation Policy: please note that no ticket refunds will be issued after Friday, October 26 at 12 noon.
We understand that plans change so if you need to cancel tickets you have purchased please do so as early as possible. This refund deadline policy takes into account the catering and other contractual commitments between NWT Tourism and service providers for the 2018 Conference and AGM.
