Shoulder Season Workshop
The majority of Canada's tourism takes place in three major urban centres during the summer months with limited dispersion. As a result, many of Canada’s major cities and resorts reach capacity in the summer and command higher rates for hotels, airfares and services, while the charms and experiences of lesser known parts of Canada are overlooked. This workshop wants to help expand the opportunity for tourism operators in rural communities and those operating in the winter and shoulder seasons to attract new visitors and grow their businesses. Twenty31 Consulting is leading the development of tools, resources and insightful content based on the current situation, barriers, and demand levers for Canada. This free workshop will help you take your tourism business to the next level and hit the ground running once the Canadian economy re-opens following the end of the COVID-19 health pandemic.
This workshop is one of the Elevating Canadian Experiences developed by the Tourism Industry Association of Canada
The workshop will be delivered by Twenty31 Consulting
